i think the ASHA festival which is going to take place very soon is one of the greatest platform for everybody to launch themsleves in to the big stage.And the team which is rocking and taking everybody by storm is silk route.personally i feel that they have that talent and capability which takes not to beat anybody but to steamroll all.
iam confident that the silk route which is participating in upcoming ASHA festival will win the competition and leave a footmarks for others to learn.The team of silkroute is the bunch of individuals talent.and i have no doubt in saying that by dint of their hardwork, passion,zealand never say die attitude,they will reach on the zenith of the success
SHOUL SACHIN QUI THE GAME? -----------------------------------The question that should sachin tendulkar retired is now continuously being discussed in the cricketing fratenity,especially after india's debacle in the ICC world cup2007. Many cricket pundits are of the opinion that it is the high time for sachin to hang's his boot.they are citing the reason that he has lost his spark,he is no more as intimidating as he used to be,they have started finding some technical errors in his batting. But i am not subscribe to the ideas of these cricket pundits.He is the one who has scored the highest number of century in test as well as in ODI'S.HE is the one who has won ennumber of matches for india.I am not advocating that sachin should remain in the squad due to his past performances.past performance or records shouldn't be the parameter for the selection of player Before the ICC world cuo 2007, he scored a century and declared man of the series in india-srilanka ODI series.the entire team and nation was upbeat and confident that the team will do well,but unfortunately the team india was eliminated in the very first round and this generated the heat that sachin should quit the game because of his non performance.i must want to say that the reason for the india's pathetic performance is not only sachin's form but the failurance of entire indian team.so it is not a prudent move to made sachin accountable for the defeat.i strongly feel that sachin should remain in the squad,because his presence imbibe a sense of confidence in the side. he is the one who keeps the motivation level of players high. we have witnessed on a number of occasion that when he fails from the bat,he comes handy with ball. He has tremendous cricketing acumen. I have the hunch that plenty of cricket is still left in him. The man who is grappling with multiple injuries hasn't lost his appetite and fervour zeal to play and win matches for india and it is quite obvious from the statistics. He has a vast experience and his experience and cricketing acumen can still utilized for 2-4 yrs.Although the injury has forced him to curb some of his shots but i do belive that he has all the cricketing shot in his repetoire. A man who commands tremendous respect,a man who has once been quoted by matthew hayden as GOD, is stiil sanguine and exhubirant and he knows it very well,how to overcome when your back is push to the wall.He is such a wonderful person that the moment he feels that he has become a liability for the team,he will quit the game.what requires is that the cricket board and captain should use the experience of sachin and share it with the young players.The plethora of experience and young blood can take team india to a new high. Therfore i vehemently opposed the idea that sachin should quit the game.

SHOULD SACHIN QUIT THE GAME --------------------------- 1.should sachin quit the game..................my answer is a big no.Then if i am saying no everybody will ask me why i am saying like that???? everybody says that sachin is not a match winner,he is not a finisher,he is not a big match player etc etc.those who are saying that sachin is not a match winner i would like to ask them what exactly is definiton of the term match winner?(a)is only that batsman called a match winnner who leads his team to a victory while chasing a victory target or (B)that batsman is also called a match winnner who scores heavily while batting first so that the opposition team eventually succumbs to pressure and loses.
2.whatever may be the opinion of sachin's critics i would say that the batsman who performs according to rule number (a) or (b) would be called a match winner.and if sachin critic label him to rule number (b ) and say that he is not a match winner then let it because just because some people are saying that sachin is not a match winner it does not neccesarily become like that.i have a point to justify myself(please read carefully paragraph number three)
3.And those who say that sachin would be called a matchwinner when he would finish off matches............ here i would say that my dear poor critics of sachin perhaps do not know one fact that sir issac vivian alexandar richards has never a scored a fifty in those test mathces in which west indies won the test match by chasing.so does this mean that sir richards is not a match winne?so those who are making so much hue and cry about those finishing stuff..............just realx and sit back and let the genious work in the way he wants to.
4.another aquisiton labelled with sachin off alte is that he is not a big match player.................now common guys!!!!!!!!! how many times he has to do it.he has done it umpteenth times.will he has to do it all the time,if he will have to do it all the time then what the yougsters will do?????any other person if would have shouldered so much of responsibility for a such a long period of time as sachin, has then definitely he would have gone mad or gone crazy.............sachin is person possesssing outstanding capabilities that is why he is able to do shoulder all that responsibility till today also.
And people are saying that sachin should retire.......................just look at his commitment and dedication despite suffering so much of injuries the xeal amd enthusiasm to play for the country has not gone down.yes there will be some stages where sachin will go through abatement stages but one thing which every bosy has to remember is that..............FROM IS TEMPORARY AND CLASS IS PERMANENT.i genuinely believe that sachin has another three to four years of cricket left in him.the last but certainly the least point which i would like to say is that SACHIN TENDULKAR is master of masters,wonder of wonders and thunder of thunders.he was is and would be the number one batsman.
